24 March 2021 - Apache NimBLE v1.4.0

Apache NimBLE is an open-source Bluetooth 5.1 stack (both Host & Controller) that completely
replaces the proprietary SoftDevice on Nordic chipsets.

New features in this version of NimBLE include:

* Support for PHY on Dialog Configurable MAC (CMAC)
* Support for PHY on Nordic nRF5340
* Support for Apache NuttX port of NimBLE
* Controller-to-host flow control support
* Support for USB transport
* Various bugfixes
